1 /5 Jr Vega: Worst customer service and the rudest. I was never getting any bills sent to my house or email and they have no regard for people. I was unaware I had a debt to pay and I understand that it has to be oayed I am more than willing to take care of my debt. I am and single father of a 7yr old no help from anyone at all and now thnks to them not willing to work with me on a payment plan I am on the brink of having my lights and gas shut off. So I have tondecide wether to food on the table for my 7yr old or pay bills amd stupid SB&C. They garnish my checks 500 a month and dont care how it effects me or my family. Worst company ever they need to go out of business ..

1 /5 K James: Well, its nice to see from the reviews that they actually do try to collect. I felt like they sat on my judgment for 10 years. To my knowledge, they never tried to collect. The debtors had income, could afford plenty of alcohol, and bought nice things. He and she owed me about $4000 but we settled on $1100 just to get them out of my life. They worked but didnt pay any rent for 4 months, damaged property and demanded I keep up my end of the bargain by fixing a water pipe they didnt even use! But SB&C acted indifferent. I just dont understand why SB&C didnt use an investigator to find out the debtors employer and start garnishing their wages. Even if they only bring home $800/mo, the debt would have been paid off in just 5.5 months! But in 10 years, this agency seemed to do nothing. I often felt they forgot about me, but when I called, they easily looked up the info. If SB&C didnt serve my area a little south of them, they should have said so up front. It cost me over $1000 to get that judgment, a price I paid as part of a deal to get these non-paying renters out.

1 /5 Samantha Nell: This company might be good for you, if you are looking to collect funds from someone and don’t care about their financial health. Otherwise, reconsider your options! I called this company today in an attempt to patiently work with them for a payment plan on, what I would consider, a large sum of money. Their “payment plan” was to have me pay half this month and half next month. When I said I couldn’t afford half in one month (I only get paid monthly!) they would not budge and said he was giving a “generous offer.” The gentleman I spoke to couldn’t have been more condescending. These people don’t care about your wellbeing and make you feel like dirt.

1 /5 Cyren Eidsath: I would give this 0 stars but that is not an option. They will not work with you for payment arrangement. The customer service is very horrible. I had to repeat my contract information multiple times because no one would change it in the computer system. I also ask for paper on the break down of my bill and they said they dont have to give me that information out but said they would send it in the mail. It would take a week to receive it. It has been a month and no paperwork mail out. When I called to see where they are in the process they keep telling me my case is complicated and it will take 10 to 12 business days to get it. Still no paperwork that was two weeks ago. I also paid my bill and they need to refund me, I have left multiple messages with the company and no response from them. I have contacted their client and they also have left a message and not received any phone call back from this company.

1 /5 Tate Koenig: Absolutely Horrible company - And I am not talking about the nature of their business but the Business itself - Said they were going to send documentation about an issue - Never did - Followed up and they said they didnt know what I was talking about. Forced me to pay money that wasnt actually owed out of pocket because they took so long to do a simple task of forwarding information. Horrible customer service and an overall bad company to deal with with incompetent and rude staff.
