Mark Schlichting Tim Villhauer has done a superb job of helping me manage my IRA over the years.  He is conscientious about contacting me on a regular basis and advising me of my options when my RMD is due, and suggesting ways I may want to re-balance my portfolio.  Traci, his Senior Office Administrator, is also top notch.  She is always letting me know if forms need to be completed and if deadlines loom.  Most of all, the office is relaxed and low-key-- in sharp contrast to other financial advisor businesses that I have experienced.  Thanks, team!

Autumn Eley Kaitlyn was my superhero today! Not only did she lift my spirits and ease my stress throughout my battle with getting my transaction figured out with PayPal (not something you want to do alone), but she was also on the phone with me for nearly 30 minutes, helping me figure out this situation!
