1 /5 Brooke Clark: Discriminated against my minor child for her age/looks and refused to cash her paycheck (issued by Keybank account holder) despite having a valid US Passport and SSN for identification. The staff embarrassed her and made her wait inside for almost 40 minutes while making the decision to reject her as a customer. We took her other paycheck to US Bank and were in and out within 5 minutes using only her US Passport as a valid form of ID. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this Bank and overall treatment of my daughter.
