5 /5 Makaila Bergeron: Cheney FCU has been a great experience since I became a member in 2023. I am always prepared with what I want going in and they always take their delivery a step further to accomplish my goals. Most recently, I needed to utilize shared branching for a large transaction and experienced some issues on the receiving CUs end. After a few phone calls and another trip back to CFCU, I got ahold of Margaret, from the Westbow branch. I tell you, Margaret was an absolute gem and really went the extra 10 miles to deliver. She spent the entire day on the phone with the other credit union, mind you to resolve their issue, so my funds could make it where they were intended. She remained in contact with me and continued to provide timely status updates; truly making me feel like a valued member all throughout the process. Kudos to Margaret and thank you again for all your hard work and attention.

Best rate on auto loans—the dealership even said they wanted to call and verify the rate because they hadn’t seen one so low. That definitely makes you feel like you are getting the best deal around!

5 /5 Taylor Page: I don’t say this lightly. Yesterday I had one of the best customer service experiences you could ever hope to have at a business. Annette was fantastic! I applied for a motorcycle loan with CFCU to buy a bike from a private seller that had some issues with his title. She went above and beyond to help me make sure the seller and I would be able to do what was necessary to get the title legally transferred to my name. As someone who doesn’t usually seek to buy high value items from private parties, having Annette’s backup and expertise was so incredibly appreciated. She really made my day with how much she helped and also how kind she was along the way. It also should be said that every other staff member that I interacted with in the building was extremely nice and gave me a smile and a welcome. Couldn’t be happier that I chose to walk in there yesterday to do business.

5 /5 Maximus: The people at CFCU are kind and patient. Whenever I call or need help they take the time to give me the right information, and I never feel rushed or like a bother. Their home and car loan rates are also great.

It is completely fair to say that she goes above and beyond EVERY time I visit, whether driving through, or in-branch. Alyssa is a wonderful employee, and a fabulous representative of your company. You are lucky to have someone so dedicated and service-oriented in your employ.
