Columbia Bank - Shelton (WA)

1 /5 Nicole Jaramillo: Zero stars wasnt an option for this review but ZERO is absolutely my level of satisfaction. This is hands down the WORST bank Ive ever experienced. Nobody knows anything about anything. My card is constantly being blocked without my knowledge or request. From the second they took over wonderful Columbia Bank - its been a nightmare and currently trying to close my account continues to be AWFUL!!!!

2 /5 Carol Horn: I would give less stars but I want this to be seen. I was a customer of columbia bank in shelton washington before they sold to umpqua. Since they have sold to umpqua the service at said location has in fact declined. Not only did they practically replace all the workers, they hired in some pretty rude ladies and I find it super weird that only woman work there. I have never seen a man work that bank. Hmm maybe some government department somewhere should look into that. But as for my banking business, i will be doing that elsewhere from now on. Update: they think a simple apology will keep my business. Nope tooo late. The only reason I will be stepping foot back in that bank is to close my account.

1 /5 J M: No Saturday hours. ATM at bank does not accept deposits. Only 1 lane operable for drive through banking. Its the 21st century Columbia Bank. Why dont you try joining us in it?

5 /5 Tina Moon: My husband and I have banked here almost 15 years, and have had several different types of accounts. This is the absolute best bank there is. The employees go above and beyond to help their customers and truly care about them. Jennifer is an incredible person. I highly recommend this bank.
