Sean Locke Trutinas team is fantastic! When my spouse and I were faced with large bill from a doctors visit due to insurance coverage claiming a preventative visit was Out-of-Network (when the provider was deemed In-Network prior to our visit) the insurance attempted to charge us with a maximal balance. Trutina was so helpful in speaking with the company and fighting for us in the end to ensure we were not charged the balance. Sign Your Name I am writing here to WARN others who come to use the ATM here to be aware of a lady who was there last Sunday saying she sprayed something “adhesive.” First I thought she did that, perhaps, to wipe down germs after her use of the ATM. But then as I think again and saw her coming back in telling a guy next to me the same thing, I immediately thought RED FLAG. Then I realized that she was intentionally trying to get into other people’s space and violating their privacy. After I was done and sitting in my car for a second, I had seen that she still hasn’t left but came back inside again. I left but then decided to park close by to keep a lookout. Then I noticed that she changed parking spot. And came back inside again. I called a non emergency number and reported her. Had she not left I would have had a police come to “check up.”

Larry Fale Brian Evens has a great advice on the radio. Hus demeanor makes one feel comfortable about the financial advice. Trying to get someone from Madrona to answer a phone for as big as Mr. Evens sells Madronas services is a huge disservice. After trying many times and getting the receptionist voicemail I finally got a live person who took my information and said someone would call me back "this week", that was two weeks ago now! I listen to KVI daily and have heard Mr. Evens 100s of time and my impression of Madronas services and advice has now changed.
