5 /5 Lorien Peterson: I love the ladies at my local Heritage Bank. We live in a small community, and you definitely get that amazing Hometown feel when you bank here. You feel known, and special. Youre always greeted with a smile, and they work efficiently and quick. Its tough with COVID not being able to go inside the bank, and the girls really go as fast as they can in the drive-thru. I also love the perks that come with using my debit card, and the manager, Laura did a fantastic job helping our small business with the PPP loan last year. We couldnt be more grateful Laura, thank you. I cant rave enough about the ladies at Heritage Bank. Thank you for all your hard work, positive attitudes, and dedication to a job well done. :)

1 /5 Danielle Hall: Refused to sell me a money order, because I dont have an account with Heritage Bank. The money order was only for $28.00 and I had cash to pay for it. The clerk acted appalled that I would make such a request without having an account there. All of my accounts are in Florida, where I am from. I am in the process of making a permanent move to WA and actively looking for a bank to switch to. I will NOT EVER open an account with Heritage Bank due to the rude and disrespectful treatment I received today. Poor customer service, comes from poor management and poor policies. Decent banks, sell money orders and charge a small fee for a non-account holders to purchase. Fed up with the poor customer services practices by businesses on this island!! Just because you have never seen me, doesnt mean I am a tourist. I could be your new, rich neighbor!!!

5 /5 Katherine Morningstar: Heritage is the best bank I have ever done business with. The facility is well located, and the staff is excellent! Friendly, capable, and always happy to help even when its really busy.
