5 /5 Rob Larsen: I had a chance meeting at the monthly Mercer island Reaps investor meeting, with Matt Flynn. Come to find out later, he was just filling in for one of his representatives, who normally attends the Reaps investor meetings. I got lucky... I had a chance to share a idea on a project I had in the works that needed to be refinanced. I was able to share my thoughts and strategy, on this front and center project of mind. After our meeting that evening and sharing contact information, Matt personally stayed in touch wanting to pursue my project and gather more in depth information, which I thought was awesome, professional and very promising. Then all of a sudden, another completely different project and opportunity landed in my lap. Well I said might as well try Matt and Flynn Family funding. Matt and the whole group pivoted on a dime and shifted to my new investment after I explained the potential. This is no joke, they to the person in the company working on my financing, made me feel as if I was there only client...
