Orlando Santos Mark Brewer is an amazing asset to the company. I received a call from him this evening - yes, you heard me right… I’m complimenting the debt collector! I have received numerous calls from this agency before and all the agents say is “ Is “MY NAME available?” once I reply asking what they needed… all they say is “It’s a personal matter that came across our desk, if you are MY NAME I need the last four of your social”. To which I usually (sarcastically) say that I would feel more comfortable with their name and last four of their social for a personal matter on my end before I give them mine - because you better have something better than “my name and a personal matter” before you go asking about my social. Well Mark was much more profesional and polite, he didn’t ask for my social I identified myself by name as I have never hid from debt collectors and since he called my number looking for someone by my name and I identified as such person he was able to at least tell me the company that originally held the debt - once I knew that piece of information… I knew it was legitimate and gladly gave Mark more identifying info he needed and all the details about my situation. People like Mark Brewer, that are professionals, that give respect and dignity to others, have a great attitude and show empathy towards others, do the the company they represent proud and should be valued and not taken for granted. It’s the first time ever I’ve been compelled to review and take the time to praise someone calling to ask for money, but if anyone deserved it, it was Mark.

Audrey Rock Gretchen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my insurance questions. She was responsive and got us a great deal! She shopped around to several carriers to “insure” (pun intended) that we got the very best rate possible. She also made sure that we weren’t paying for any options that we don’t need. We aren’t over insured or under insured. Highly recommend.
