Cheryl Scott I am soo pleased with my customer service today! My banking expert was Shane! He took care of all my banking needs! Can not recommend this bank and my experience as a 10 but I was beyond satisfied! I tend to ask a lot of questions when it comes to my money. So patient and kind! He even recruited the manager ( Tonja I believe?) to answer even more questions and help out. I truly feel valued as a customer!

He is ALWAYS available to answer questions and is very patient about explaining ( and re-explaining) the details re managing our finances.
