Stephen Ellis Probably the most beautiful and relaxing lobby I have seen in a bank. Staff are very nice. We had a problem/misunderstanding regarding automatic fees but after talking about it they made it right. I think most other banks would not have cared. Its nice to work with human beings.

Walter Vaux The IRS did not have records of the withholding payments that were sent in from our brokerage firm. Aldryth OHara made two phone calls to the IRS and cleared the confusion. The IRS sent a letter saying that all had been resolved. Its nice to have a tax preparer who is experienced, knows whom to call and can quickly iron out a tax uncertainty.

Mindy Perkins Misty Palmer and Angie Williams were fantastic to work with from start to finish in the process of purchasing a home in the Port Angeles area/Sequim area while living several hours away. We were informed what to expect at each step and given clear direction on what to do. Misty responded quickly to all inquiries, no matter the day or time—including a mid-day rush request on Father’s Day! Misty outlined financing options for us when we began the home buying process, answered all of our questions, and continued to be supportive when we changed directions twice during the home buying process! Makaila Bergeron Cheney FCU has been a great experience since I became a member in 2023. I am always prepared with what I want going in and they always take their delivery a step further to accomplish my goals. Most recently, I needed to utilize shared branching for a large transaction and experienced some issues on the receiving CUs end. After a few phone calls and another trip back to CFCU, I got ahold of Margaret, from the Westbow branch. I tell you, Margaret was an absolute gem and really went the extra 10 miles to deliver. She spent the entire day on the phone with the other credit union, mind you to resolve their issue, so my funds could make it where they were intended. She remained in contact with me and continued to provide timely status updates; truly making me feel like a valued member all throughout the process. Kudos to Margaret and thank you again for all your hard work and attention.
