Wesley Kalitovic Kim was an invaluable part of my wifes and my home buying and loan process. Shes both pragmatic and optimistic, she didnt pull punches or make lofty promises, instead she did everything in her power to get us qualified for the loan we needed to get a home that is everything we could have asked for. Kim was incredibly informative and helped us with the tools we needed, she went way above and beyond what I ever thought a Loan Originator would do. She was always available for questions and new situations that came up, she truly took care of us. Im both impressed and oh so grateful by and for everything. veronica ramos Amazing customer service. I had left a review because I was upset the bank had closed and had a actual manager call me and tell me they are now open. Amazing for a person to take the time and reach out and let customers know they are back in service. was so frustrating when the closed cause I had to do my banking somewhere else but I’m definitely going to return. I’ve had this bank for more then 30 years and know my bank account number by heart. The area of the bank is so convenient cause it’s on the right side of the street on my way to work. Next to everything u need one stop shop.
