Over a number of years, she has consistently guided my financial decisions in a professional and friendly manner. Professionally, she is bright and clear in her explanations of my options. She listens first, which is very important. She pays attention. She follows through. She continues to improve her own command of her profession. Kevin Parsons Classes were okay, but no one, NO ONE answers their phones. I mean, for months, I could not get in contact with Financial Aid via phone or email. It took a complaint straight to the dean to finally get a call back. They almost screwed me out of thousands of dollars. My counselor or "student success coach" or whatever they call them, ghosted my phone calls and emails for 2 months. When I finally needed to urgently get in contact, I called the front desk and sure enough shes sitting in her cubicle and I get a phone call. Good school to get a degree, but you better pray you dont need any assistance from the offices.
