Both with the refi and the initial loan, everyone I worked with took the time to explain things to a first-timer. Today, I was confused by some of the paperwork I got on the refi (basically I didnt understand how the interest was presented, my bad), and despite panicking a bit, Grace very kindly explained how the structure worked when I came back in with questions.
