5 /5 Christina K: This bank is absolutely amazing and has always accommodated whenever possible. I have not been disappointed at all. I have my auto loan through them, which the process entirely was a breeze from beginning to end. The staff at this location are so friendly, they are just the sweetest ladies! I feel like I am truly cared about when I go in, not like they are obligated to ask me how my day is. This location (Marysville Washington) is one that you do not have to have military i.d to get onto the base, to go to the bank. You do however, have to have it to shop at the thrift shop on base, the co-op stores or gas station. But you do not need your military i.d to get on base unless they have a threat, are doing a security check for some reason or something like that.. but I have only had that happen a couple times in the 10 years I have been banking with them. I highly recommend Navy Federal Credit Union for all of your banking needs! They are incredible in every single way!

5 /5 candice brewer: The location on google maps was incorrect, but I submitted request to correct the location. Branch is open to the public - it is located inside the building complex next to NEX (Navy Exchange); small, but fully operational. I got my debit card printed on the spot! Yay! Staff was super friendly, professional, and efficient! Good alternative to Tacoma depending on where youre going and what kind of traffic you want to deal with.

5 /5 jonathan hall: 5 Stars all the way across the board for the branch here in Marysville. Managed by Mr.Jeffrey Blaine. I came in with a mortgage loan issue and was immediately greeted with a hello and smile at the door. Asked how they could help me, and then next thing I knew I was being taking care of at the desk of a resplendent lady named Cheryl Phelps. She immediately went to bat for me, and found the answer for my problem. She knew how to get in touch via phone calls with the right person and next thing I know Im all taken care of. Im 54 years old and have never had such a positive experience with Credit Unions as I did today. Cheryl Phelps did a excellent job and it should reflect great credit upon herself and the Navy Federal Credit Union in Marysville. Very well managed branch.

1 /5 Chitae Ganda Lalake: This people think they are the only bank in the US. The employees in this branch needs training in customer service. I dont care if your husband is the Adm, you will not get any respect if you dis respect your customers.

I went in with an overly complicated transaction that I knew would take at least 30 minutes to explain and address and Marisol, an amazing team member there that day was extremely patient as I explained my situation she took care of my issue in less than 10 minutes with the most pleasant attitude Ive seen in a while. Thank you Marisol everybody at the Smokey Point branch.
