Chase Bank - Colville (WA)

2 /5 Sally Beane: The staff at the Colville branch is friendly, professional and helpful. I have no complaint with them. My problem was that Chase began charging me a monthly service fee for a $10,000 savings account. What bank charges a fee for a SAVINGS account??? My new bank not only pays interest on my savings account, but charges no monthly fee for either my savings OR checking account. The only reason I still keep a Chase account is that they have many branches throughout the state which makes it easy for my tenants to deposit their rental payments into my account.

They are Willing and Ready to Assist anyone whom walks into their Bank. 1 /5 R Thrower: Unfiendly. Felt as if I had infinged upon their valuable time. I have visited Chase Branches from NYC/Los Angeles to tiny Omak, WA. Always greeted with a nice smile and an auspicious greeting whether the branch was busy or not. If they had given respect, they would have been treated with respect. Dont tell me how swamped you are with work. Or youre understaffed. Dont ask me if I have an appointment before youve greeted me. Stop being bitter or presumptuous. Treat ALL CUSTOMERS equally. WE are WHY you have a bank to come to...and the reason you can pay your bills.

1 /5 Lena Bakke: They dont have a direct line to customer service unless you are a member of the bank. So if you want to ask questions to open an account it will be hard. It takes 3weeks to get a new card issued out sometimes. They dont help with issues very well when you call to get answers.

1 /5 shannon beatty: This bank deposited a check without looking at date which caused my account to be overdrawn .When I called them to ask why they deposited it the said they never look at checks date if its being negoitated (deposited). Well wrong answer. This is unacceptable of any bank.
