1 /5 Gina Lives: Customer service gave me incorrect information about a transaction I completed. I was waiting for the transaction to complete as instructed by customer service so I can file a dispute. Once the transaction was no longer pending I called just to find out it cant be disputed, meanwhile I lost $100 when I could have simply went another route but listened to customer service. Ive been waiting 2 weeks now for a higher up person to contact me but yet received no call, Im furious and will not recommend this bank!!! In the last 45 days, they have given me nothing but false info causing me to lose money. Ive been with them since Washington Mutual and never have I experienced such poor service until recently.
