1 /5 Brett Mann: Worst customer "service" ever, I dont think I can even call it that. Brought in a check to have cashed and am literally interrogated by their employee, Tiffany, for why, what and how I received the check. Then, she proceeds to ask me for the number of the person I received it from and calls them and interrogates them. Then without even running the check, she proceeds to tell me she cant verify the information and refuses to cash it there, or at any other Money Tree location but doesnt give me any sort of specific reason other than she cant verify the information, even though I just watched her do exactly that. If I could give negative stars, I would. Why would you hire someone like this to work in customer service, she has zero customer service skills and treats you like youre a criminal. I will never return to this Money Tree location, theyre absolutely ridiculous.
