a I love coming to this branch I always have such a good experience with one of the tellers. Her name is hard to pronounce but shes young and has dark hair. I was with columbia bank and with the merge nothing has changed, everything is still the same and the all the staff is very friendly

Marijana Ruiz Weve been banking with WSECU for 20 hrs. We love our bank, customer services, products they offer, ease of online banking and their cyber security. Zero complaints for 20 yrs. We also feel good about banking with a local credit union instead of a big bank.

Marina A Excellent service and assistance. Rakia was very friendly and professional!! Recently I applied for a credit card and received it. After using the card online, it was locked. I called to customer service and tried to reactivate the card but they couldn’t do anything over the phone. So I went to this office and Rakia solved the problem without waiting time. Gazelle Williams I have never experienced a long wait. However, during a recent visit to change my PIN, the representative mispronounced my name upon introduction and continuedto mispronouncedmy name. Despite providing identification and a debit card associated with a substantial account balance, the representative inquired about my occupation and expressed surprise at my response. The representative then proceeded to offer unsolicited financial advice, recommending a Certificate of Deposit and investment consultation. I declined these suggestions, explaining that I already work with a financial advisor. Further inquiries included my credit card provider, which I identified as a Credit Union. Despite my evident frustration, the representative persisted. I then stated my age and asserted my financial management capabilities. The representative then asked about my phone number and email, despite having previously used them for communication. When asked why she needed this information, the representative requested a positive rating on a customer satisfaction survey. I declined to provide a positive rating, citing the representatives inability to fulfill a simple request and her apparent lack of attentiveness. I will be going to the Marysville Bank of America in the future. I will wait in line.
