Seattle Girl We too were locked into REITs and Annuities that made the company quite a bit of money but either flat lined or lost value. We had been handed off from Mr. Linde and at least two other advisors over time. Jess the mess From 1 star to 5. Very easy and simple. Glad they got a new reps in their place. After my first experience a year ago I swore Id never go back that was terrible and confusing, rude!! (with one person let me be clear the staff was sweet). Ended up with an account I didnt sign for and 4 weeks of confusion. When mentioning this to close friends was told about new a new loan rep. And how everything was great. They spoke so well about how their expience was in the last 2 months.... I gave it a go. The process was so fast this time, no rude comments, everyone happy the big boss even came and introduced herself to see how everything was going "cindy". I drove home my new car today. With confidence. Thank you Jessica!!!

Ken Odstrcil Lisa was very helpful and highly professional. She was able to answer all of my questions quickly and in a way that was easy for me to understand. Before I knew it she had my taxes done and I was on my way. I would recommend her to everybody I know. See you next year Lisa.

James Tolson My partner does her banking here. Not a lot of staff here, at this location. But they make up for it with friendliness. The inside of the bank is pretty sterile but its a bank, so do not expect too much for ambience. We have been here when it has been extremely busy, so I would definitely stay away from here from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. I hope this helps you out.

Cheryl Scott I am soo pleased with my customer service today! My banking expert was Shane! He took care of all my banking needs! Can not recommend this bank and my experience as a 10 but I was beyond satisfied! I tend to ask a lot of questions when it comes to my money. So patient and kind! He even recruited the manager ( Tonja I believe?) to answer even more questions and help out. I truly feel valued as a customer!
