1 /5 Don Oz: First time I went it a guy said he couldn’t be much help because the person who could help wasn’t there so he pointed at a cubicle wall and said those are the jobs. Looked at them and was the same jobs I saw on indeed printed out. Month later went in and everyone was there. Stood there being ignored so said hello and a fellow came up with his mouth full of food slopping while talking. Asked about their service and jobs and he did the same thing as the other fellow. Pointed at the wall of printed jobs so I went ahead and looked them over and again, same jobs I saw on indeed. No idea what these people do all day unless they search indeed and print out jobs to stick on their wall. Waist of workforces money having those people in there. Not helpful at all.

5 /5 Kendra Blackwell: Im so happy Goldendale has services available for those needing help getting back into the workforce. Jenny and Cassie have been a huge help and inspiration for me. Helping me feel more ready and able to find a job that fits me personally. Getting back into the workforce is more than just finding another 9-5. Its about finding yourself and building the skills you want in order to find the Right job. Not only do they help the community to build lifelong skills, but a hope for the future. That means everything to me and for my family. Its too easy to slip into your fears and self doubt. This team is here to pick you back up by the scruff, dust you off, and help you build yourself back up as a stronger person. Thank you so much. From my whole family ❤️

1 /5 Keith Doell: Condescending, rude, dismissive, and easily the least helpful experience I’ve had in a very long time. If I counted the eye rolls versus the times they asked my history or qualifications then it would be three to zero. These people need some serious training themselves, save a trip and just go online and google jobs in the area since that’s all they will do for you anyway. I hope the woman (I never received a name) at the front desk never finds herself in need of employment because based on my experience she needs serious training herself, but if her position were merit based she would already be unemployed. After exactly zero help and rude rushed attempts to have me leave before I even got in the door she wanted me to sign her sheet so they can show statistics on the people they assist. I rightly refused to do that because to my mind she actually made my opinions of their business worse and she provided exactly zero help. I can stay home and access indeed, which was the only piece of advice she attempted to give.

1 /5 Ladonna Schultzie: I have been to this office twice in the last 60 days. The gal working the front desk is absolutely no help. I get them feeling she doesnt want to be helpful. She not only insulted my intelligence, she dismissed me on both occasions. Asking me of I knew I was in Washington ? Also saying she was doing trainings and could not help me. Perhaps she should do a training in customer service. Its my opinion she should not be in the position she is in. Jennifer Welting is her name. I am hoping someone hire up sees this and she received some coaching.

1 /5 Jess Blank: Judah Murray career development counselor and I worked together for a wasted month. I gave him ALL of my information and was doing weekly assignments as asked, then all of a sudden he “looked in his book” and realized I DON’T EVEN QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAM!!! I was then referred to DFYS for another program that he runs! No thank you! I found a job on my own time and effort with only disappointment from Judah for wasting my time. Just my personal experience and opinion they need somebody else in that position who actually knows what they are doing.
