5 /5 Leticia Vargas: Yesterday my son and I visited Qualstar Renton only to ask if my son’s account was still active. As we walk in, Matt greeted us right away and after verifying who my son was he pleasantly informed us that he my son still had an active account. Instead of ending the conversation there because it was lunch time and his food had just been ordered for pick up at a nearby restaurant, he started asking questions to see what else we needed help with. Well, 2 hours and 30 minutes later we walk out of the branch with access to online banking, all my son’s external accounts linked, a credit card, and most importantly his car loan re-financed at a rate we were not expecting. All the while Matt kept conversation going and did not seem like 2 hours and 30 minutes had gone by. His customer service skills were superb, we look forward to returning just to say hi. I hope his lunch was still waiting for him and it wasn’t soggy lol. Thanks Matt!
