5 /5 Jasmine H: I originally called in with questions and confusion because of another branch but after talking to Adrian I had my loan transferred and I refinanced. Adrian is very knowledgeable, super friendly and answered all my questions. The branch manager is also helpful and explains everything top to bottom. The interest rates are extremely high but when your back is against the wall its worth it.

2 /5 Regi Traven: The application process itself was fast and smooth. The agent who did my paperwork was pleasant and concise. The loan itself is concerning and I present this review as a WARNING. ⚠️ High interest rate loans such as these (29.99 for mine) can be a financial trap, so BE MINDFUL. I kept the loan only long enough to make one payment. I made a payment of $205 on a $5,500 loan. The payoff was $5,678. In otherwords, I paid only $27 towards the principle(Lendmark gained $383 after just one payment). Imagine making 7 payments at this rate... I wouldve only paid the equivalent of just ONE payment and STILL have a $5,500 balance. Fortunately I was able to pay the loan off in full before further loss occurred. I called Lendmark for an explanation and the phone operator told me "I dont know what to tell you". My advice: Have your agent give you a point by point breakdown of what your payment on principle versus accrued interest will look like BEFORE you finalize.

5 /5 Erin Haltom: Would give 6 stars if i could! I am one of those cases where my credit score doesnt really reflect if Im a responsible person. Cassidy was amazing! The week i pulled the trigger on trying to finance a car my boys where out of school 3 days due to snow and ice, and on top of that Im self employed and was trying to wrap up a job and get paid so i could pay the down payment. The week was a total friggin mess needless to say! Cassidy was amazing start to finish, fought to get me the loan, put up with several reschedules, and was a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

2 /5 Ann Sorensen: 2 Stars. My brother only needed a pre-approval for a charge he didnt have to pay for yet. He applied to this company and they immediatly asked him to come sign paperwork for the loan. He found out a week later that he didnt need the loan and tried to give it back. They charged him over $350.00 in what they said were just fees! An expensive charge for only having the money for 2 weeks. Great for fast approval, but be aware that their loans are very expensive!

5 /5 Heather Schaaf: Kindra worked her butt off to make our loan happen. She did everything she could and communicated nonstop to help ease my mind in an already stressful situation trying to help get our son into a vehicle! We got what we needed and she is phenomenal!
