She has been my insurance agent for over 17 years and I have never bothered to do any comparisons to other insurance agents or other insurance companies because I am always more than satisfied with knowledge, recommendations, and service from both Courtney and Country Financial. I have had to make both auto and home insurance claims and I have nothing but praise for the way Courtney handled these claims in an understanding and knowledgeable manner. Courtneys assistant, Sammy, is also a great person to work with and has helped me with supreme efficiency. I could go on and on about Courtney and her office personnel but one phone call by any prospective customer will completely convince said customer that Courtney Wilkinsons Country Financial office is definitely the best place to take care of all insurance needs whether is is auto, home, life, or umbrella policies. Brittney Deines I called Monday morning to ask if they were letting people into the office cuz of all of the Coronavirus restrictions and policies and was told to go ahead and come into the office right away. When I got there the agent I spoke to on the phone was on lunch but the nice lady at the front desk was able to do everything for me and get me set up. Withing 15 to 20 minutes I left with proof of insurance in hand. She was also great about not pushing any more coverage on me than I needed or could afford to pay for and was very clear about pricing.
