1 /5 Alicia Nateras: Lady I just spoke to on the phone, Id like to call her some atrocious names. Completely rude and unhelpful. Had a complete attitude since she first said hello. Interrupted me countless times, I had to hang up. I will be contacting her boss after this. Completely unacceptable behavior from this lady.

1 /5 Kelly Stahley: I received a notice and called right away because it was nothing I was aware of and the creditor was Astria Health that if you read the reviews, that place has a big problem with billing. The gentleman I spoke to, unfortunately did not get his name, did not care what I had to say and also refused to take payments if the bill was legit. Which I dont know is even legal. I think these people are so harden they think everyone is someone that doesnt pay their bills. I can assure you that is not correct in my situation. So despite Jordan P.s review, do not take this review with a grain of salt.

4 /5 John Clark: I have had a pretty good experience with this agency. Have had so much stuff coming at me, it has been difficult to keep my obligations on time. But they have been nice and have tried to work with me. Don’t have much left to pay.

1 /5 Brandon Ulrey: Horrible company won’t take payments unless I disclose all kinds of personal information about me and my wife. Literally told me no unless I will give them information. Also very unprofessional they told me that $250 dollar a month ain’t fair to them if they don’t know how much my household makes. They buy your dept for pennies on the dollar then treat you very disrespectful. This is crazy to me that they won’t take payments so that now my interest is building. Horrible company
