5 /5 Lani Sordello: We have always had excellent service with the Seattle branch of Fidelity. Recently Caro Jimenez has helped us and she wowed us with her professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service.
1 /5 John Prew: Fidelity sucks. I cant speak for this branch. But I paid my signature card with my IRA, the card was turned off for fraud, and then they lowered the credit from 13,000 to 9,900. This lowered my credit score 200 points. Everything I worked hard for, gone. And Im so sick of the scripted apologies. Yall dont give a shit.
5 /5 Bethany Murphy: My recent session with Devi Makkar at the Seattle Investor Center was a game-changer in my financial journey. Unlike past consultations where I left feeling uncertain, Devi asked the right questions to help clarify my goals, patiently explained complex topics, and identified potential risks with clear strategies to address them. Her calm and reassuring approach made me feel truly understood and motivated for the first time to learn more and take charge of my financial future. I’m grateful for her professionalism and genuine passion for helping clients, and I now feel confident that I can correct past mistakes and improve.
3 /5 N8: I came for a medallion stamp for some documents. There is no one to check in with. I was told on the phone I could just walk in for this service. There is coffee and soft drinks available which is nice. There are three tables in the foyer each with a tablet device inviting you to open an account. I fiddled with one and eventually was presented with a page to sign into my account
After signing in there was a prompt to let the staff know that I was here and what I was here for
It is not at all clear that this is the check in protocol
After checking in I was promptly assisted but my conversation took place in the big open room with other members present. There are two private looking offices in this space that were empty.
Clearly other people who came into the space were a little befuddled as well.
Fine if you want to use a tablet, but if the tablet is your check in…. It should say CHECK IN HERE and not OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE
lacking privacy
1 /5 Anita Francisco: A few months ago I opened a checking account and rolled my 401k to Fidelity. After a month of using the checking account, my account was frozen without notice. I tried asking what is the reason and I was told that I need to provide my driver license and a social security and a utility bill. That was not enough. After two months, I have not been successful moving my money out. I am asking my law firm how to deal with this company and bring them to court. Stir away from dealing with this company. DO NOT bring your business with them. They are unbelievably sour people. Their fraud department is joke. I regret opening my account with them.
Sean Ricciardo We were very lucky to have Curran as our mortgage broker (coming from someone who has generally avoided brokers in the past). He is a great communicator and genuine, and he got us a fantastic mortgage and made it happen with a very quick closing timeline that I didn’t think would be possible. Highly recommended.
Brandon DAmore-McDougall Elizabeth is a bright lady who clearly puts the customer’s goals and well being ahead of her own. I respect her opinion as she has her mind inside the investment world. It’s comforting to actually use my time to focus on my business rather than spending time to educate myself in where my investments should be moving toward or which investments I should pull out. Because of this next level real trust and confidence in Elizabeth I can focus on my business and life.
Jesse Allen James is great with planning and managing money. He really cares about his clients. I highly recommend working with James Shank and Edward Jones.
Judah Medina Honestly would give this place a sixth star but there isnt that option. Great service all around, and also they just took care of business at a very quick rate. I myself am pleased with the company and would recommend them to friends as well as family.
