Kevin and Traci know me and treat me like a valuable person. The big company had no clue nor care as to who I was and treated me as a number and dollar sign only. Kevin takes so much care and patience in explaining everything to me as I am a little clueless on the terminology. He even perfectly finishes my sentences and questions when I am at a loss for the proper terms!
