1 /5 Vlad: Terrible Service – Avoid This Bank! At first, they told me they could process my transfer, then they said they couldn’t. Later, my money disappeared from my account entirely. When I escalated the issue to the branch manager, he refused to help, and only after 30 minutes of me insisting did he finally sit down at a computer—and, surprise, everything worked, and I was able to complete my transaction! Because of this incompetence, I almost lost a $600,000 deal. I have been a loyal customer of this bank for years, but after this experience, I am definitely switching banks. If you’re considering opening an account here—think twice!

1 /5 rueben turk: a black man walks into this bank asks for a notary and is told to have a seat. waits 10 min and then a white couple walks in asking for the same thing. the black man is told from the manager no appointments are available today and asked to come back another time. the white couple with no appointment either is seen immediately, but tells the black man he can go before them. terrible when the couple notices the injustice but the establishment is happy with the level of prejudice at the branch. why was it more important to see the white couple over the black man when they came in for the same reason with the same circumstances of not having an appointment?

2 /5 Alex C: UPDATE: I recently visited this branch again to cash a check and noticed a big change—none of the previous employees seemed to be there, and it looks like management has been replaced. This time, everything went smoothly, and I was able to cash my check without any issues or unexpected fees. Because of this improvement, I’ve updated my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. If future visits continue to go well and there are no attempts to charge fees that shouldn’t be there, I’ll continue adjusting the rating accordingly. It’s a step in the right direction. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Worst branch! People that work here are idiots. Ive always had problems at this branch for different reasons. I recently needed to cash a check for me and even though I am a BoA customers they still wanted to charge me a fee for it. They either need more training on using the system or theyre just stealing from customers. I had to go to a different branch that did not charge me any fee or even mentioned anything about a fee. So be careful fellow customers when theyre trying to charge you for anything.
