His initiative, expertise and attention to detail made the process of opening new retirement accounts, transferring money from another credit union, and moving it into CDs, extremely easy. He also ensured the initial savings accounts were closed once the money was moved so no monthly fees were incurred. He goes above and beyond, such as giving me a phone update on a transaction that occurred while I was out of the country. Patrick is an exemplary member of the Global CU team!

Not only was I able to get my secured credit card unsecured, the amount I can borrow was also raised, on top of getting my money back from a pledge of share account I opened a year ago. I am extremely pleased! Patrick has always been very helpful and has an active interest in explaining concepts so I have a clear understanding of how processes work and whats going on at all times. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to learn and do business with.

I love the in person service each time I come. All the employees at my Global CU are very professional. I don’t like using the cash machine. Kyle assisted me quickly and asked my day.
