4 /5 Jonathan Hyry: This place has been a real helping hand. Only had one bad experience out of many visits. Their willingness to lend financial support has been important from time to time, and I appreciate their quick and thorough process, and not trying to push me additional products.

1 /5 yanai zapien ruiz: So angry, my credit score was lowered and yet I didn’t get the loan because of their incompetence. What a frustrating company to work with. Sent in all necessary paperwork for a small loan, and yet even though I have consistent verifiable income they kept saying my paystubs were not the correct documents, or not good enough. Don’t waste your time.

It took no time at all to go through the paperwork and my money was in my bank account the very next morning. Simona was amazing, very personable, professional and a real pleasure to do business with. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this company and this branch highly.

1 /5 Chris Nelson: After my " pre approved" offer and after running my credit which we all know lowers it, we get to the closing of the loan and they proceed to tell me that instead of an unsecured loan which 3 phone calls later I k ew nothing about, they lowered my approval amout by 6000. I was getting the loan for a new heating system so the " new" loan amount did nothing for me. There excuse was that my tip income was non taxed when I clearly sent them 2 paystubs that had tips included, with a line item that saiys tip income. Needless to say I rejected the loan but yhe damage is done on my credit report. I felt like a classic bait and switch game was being played on me and get it together OneMain. Your underwriters clearly need better trained on reading and actually understanding pay syubs. Very dissappoonted and there lack of understanding financial documents is appalling.
