Natasha R This has to be the best jeweler we have ever visited. Any piece I have taken in for repair or alteration has been explained to me with options and price. Nothing has been too small a job and it is always completed on time. The pieces on offer for sale are so unique and different piece points which is wonderful for any occasion. So happy to have found an honest and beautiful place to go.

I bought a decent little Crate guitar amp there the other day and got a good deal on the amp and a guitar cord together.

Justin Hinh When I arrived at noon on a Thursday, this modern-looking store was crowded; 11 customers were waiting on two busy employees. I had to wait 20 minutes to check out, but I was surprised by what I found: an entire wall covered with Dansco and Vintage Whitman Bookshelf albums and folders. There were over 50 vintage Whitman bookshelf albums, hundreds of Whitman folders, and a shelf full of Danscos. I even found a custom Dansco album! All the customers were older, and I got the impression that the shop acquires many full albums from older collectors selling their coins. Since not many customers come in to buy albums, the shop has accumulated a ton of albums and folders. This place is a must-stop for coin album collectors.

Ben Starnes Chapa is simply amazing! He custom made two sapphire rings for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were absolutely perfect! I also had him do some hand engraving for me. The man is a master at what he does and every detail is perfect. I wouldnt go to any other jeweler. I dont agree that he is rude- in fact, he is very warm and charming.

Nicole Ure Connie is the jewelry queen! She did my engagement ring and is working on both our wedding bands. She works really hard to get a vision of exactly what you want. She has an artists eye and is realistic about what certain metals can and can’t do. We are looking forward to getting more art done by her in the future.

I cannot say enough about the entire staff here. If you go anywhere else for your buying and selling of coins, gold and silver, No one is better then Tri-City Coin and Vault. John Howald They are not rude but very polite. I waited for service while there looked over pieces. My husband was grocery shopping. I wanted to buy a gold chain for my gold medallion. The chain was so badly tangled I could not untangle without breaking chain. When I pulled out my small gold medal he looked at the chain and told he could untangle it. I gave it to him and returned the following day. No fee for service rendered. I plan on returning and buying some nice new earrings for myself there.

As there were still a few elements missing, they added another designer, Adrienne, to the team, and all three ladies worked tirelessly until the ring was exactly what I had envisioned.
