Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.

Molly Piersol Jewelers Choice is a wonderful place to get great quality and unique jewelry. Images are of my engagement ring that we designed together and the wedding band is in the works currently. I constantly get distracted by my beautiful ring and am always getting compliments. You’ve got a customer for life! Updated to include a picture with my custom wedding band. Jewelers Choice worked with me to design the perfect wedding band. They were so patient and gave me a couple options til I was satisfied.

Gilbert McKown First off, Kevin is the best! I come in wanting to buy some gold and silver as an investment for the future. I wasnt sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that werent good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didnt have all the information. After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didnt add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call. This was an incredibly pleasant interaction and so much better than any experience I had with other main brand coin shops. I 100% recommend shopping here for anyone wanting to buy gold or silver. Justin Yang I had a great experience here with D’Ondre getting my rose gold Madison bracelet. He’s not only friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable and can tell every bit differences between a subtle change on similar models(I was comparing 3mm and 4mm). He also knows a lot about the brand and is passionate in the industry. Great shopping experience overall.

Sutton Bradley Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented gemologist who will work hard to meet every desire or your jewelry search, but more importantly he is a true friend to his customers. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.

Melinda Schultz I just received my order from Gwen and she is great! When I met her at DragonFlight, she didnt have lotion in the scent I wanted, so she offered to make it for me and ship it. I received it quickly, the product is great, and she even included an extra soap for free (of another scent Id liked at the con)! Gwen provides wonderful customer service, and the lotion I ordered from her is very nice--moisturizing, but not greasy. Thanks, Gwen!
