It was my first experience selling anything to a pawn shop but trusted other reviews which said everyone here was good people who would make you feel welcome. They lived up to my expectation and then some! At this point I’ve returned several times because I feel at ease here and both Bailey and Nikki have been incredibly easy and delightful to do business with. 10/10 would recommend.

I always get wonderful vibes when I walk into the store. I love their style of clothing, and their offerings are right up my alley! Very lovely staff also! Will definitely be back!

N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. Paola Cervantes WELL MADE.. GORGEOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Words cant even begin to describe how perfect this ring is. It exceeded my expectations.. They choose the most beautiful stones and intuitively knew what would be right for me. My ring came quickly even during this pandemic. My dog recently died unexpectedly and I wanted a small ring with some flash to remind me of the light she brought and continues to carry into my life. There is light at the end of the darkness. Communication with team was quick and delightful. I highly recommend their products and when possible, I will be a returning customer.

Jessica Bushman Fairhaven Gold is the best local jeweller around town. Take your business here and they will knock it out of the park. Far more than 5 stars is deserved here. I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority.
