1 /5 Will Lockhart: I spoke with (Julie ) salesperson about purchasing a gold necklace they had in store I wanted to pay for it over the phone to make sure it was still available. At that price it was quoted for , She stated that’s a lot of work involves emailing back and forth , I stated I don’t mind ,she suggested that she could put it aside for me to pick it up , I drove 1 1/2 to the store on my day off . It was (Julie’s) day off as well ! Only to find out the necklace was no longer on sale for the price I was quoted , the in store sale had ended the day before I got there ! Not once in the 3 or 4 phone calls did (Julie ) say the sales would be ending, And I would have to pay a higher price than originally quoted ! I didn’t get the necklace I wanted and I wasted: /on my day Off 3 hours of my time driving there & back home !!! Sad but True you lost me as a Future Customer
