Laura L. M. I really loved my first experience at Hidden Gem. It is indeed an hidden gem on Bainbridge Island! From crystals, to jewelry, to Tarot and Oracle, from encense, candles and books. Greeting cards and notebook, meditation items... Also, I really appreciate when theres demo decks of Tarot and oracles, it helps a lot to get a feeling of what each deck is about, touch the cards, etc. Youll have a good time here and will surely find a little something special for yourself or a loved one. Got my first stones ever here, and Im happy that I supported this small business! And the two employees there when I passed by were both very nice.

Jade Marie Scam artist! Wish we would have read the comments before making a purchase. My spouse bought me two rings for Christmas. The first one was white gold with an amethyst. Not even a week later the stone fell out. I don’t have a job that’s rough and take my rings off to do dishes etc. so the fact that it fell out within a week is ridiculous. Then when we read the comments this happened to someone else as well. They wouldnt do anything to help or replace the stone. The second ring is white gold, diamonds, and tanzanite. Well we were lead to believe it was a tanzanite but not even a month later and the stone is becoming clear/see through and most definitely not real. I’m not going to stand by though and do nothing. I’ve contacted the BBB, Westfield Mall (we’re they are located), and will go to the news if I have too. The fact that they are getting away with ripping people off infuriates me. We work hard for the things we purchase and want these things to be nice. At the very least last longer than a week!! I would recommend never stepping a foot in this jewelry store if you value your money.

Taylor Howard I came in on Friday and was greeted by Kelsy. As a first time buyer and someone brand new to collecting watches I had about a thousand questions for Kelsy and she very patiently answered every last one! Ultimately she helped me decide on the Seiko Presage Cocktail Time (First photo with the green face). She was very mindful of budget, explaining the different levels of design for each price point. Amanda Bear I absolutely love this place. Mother nature is amazing. I love the staff and their super informative. Must go if youve never been. Not super big but its definitely worth it. My husband and I got some great goodies.

Creighton Francis Turgeon Raine is hands down the best in town and my favorite place in the country. Jerry, Nicole, Jayne, Richard, Ryan, and the entire TR family go above a beyond. Their gemstones are some of the best I’ve ever seen. It’s worth a stop in just to see the gorgeous location. It’s truly art.
