When my fiancé and I first went in there to look at rings, the people immediately stuck out to us. They were the most genuine, kind and helpful ladies. They made us feel like we were the only ones there, and that our story mattered. Never once did it feel like a sales transaction. They were so respectful and never pushy. They understood my fiancés budget and even worked with him to make the ring perfect. We received texts and a letter congratulating us which is rare these days. When we went in a year later, they still remembered us, and for me that speaks volumes about who they are. My fiancé actually mentioned to me that what sold him on choosing to buy the ring there instead of elsewhere was how genuine the ladies were. If you are looking to purchase something, I would recommend them 1000x over again and again.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Essence, who was incredibly informative and welcoming. She gave me great tips on sizing and warranty coverage, and her energy made the whole experience feel personal and positive. Even though I knew the ring I wanted wasn’t in store, she still made the visit worthwhile. If I ever need anything from Kay in the future, I’ll definitely prefer to book with her. Highly recommend asking for Essence!
