1 /5 Ellen Zirkle: Took a few heirloom pieces in to have them recreated into one piece. Owner stated he would draw up some design ideas and email them to me, I never heard back. Weeks later I went in and was told he was working on the piece and that it was at home on his work bench. Fast forward a few more weeks, I picked up the finished product. The piece was basically the original with the setting and stone soldered on. The price was double what I was quoted but I was told if I wanted to let him keep the gold the price would be lowered. The gold he was asking to keep was my Mothers original wedding set minus the center stone so I declined. I wasn’t thrilled with the finished product but thought perhaps it would grow on me. Approximately 1 month later the center stone popped out of the setting. Really bad experience, poor communication, did not listen to what was wanted, shoddy work. Would definitely NOT recommend.
