My sales associate Seyma was so knowledgeable about the inventory and the history of each piece. I tried on so many pieces and was treated with patience and passion. Definitely go and ask for her!

Lyubov Misra It was a perfect place to get my husbands Christmas gift engraved. It was affordable and it only took a day. I appreciated the convenience and speed. Really great engraving work. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something unique for their loved ones :)!!!

She was aways responsive, provided regular updates, and offered great advice on design and the detail whilst still incorporating my initial requests and preferences. The ring was incredible and also came in under budget which was great! Could not recommend more highly.

I bought a decent little Crate guitar amp there the other day and got a good deal on the amp and a guitar cord together.

Taylor Gaspardo Mari and Mason were awesome today! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. Thank you so much!

M M Wow. I had visions of the ring I wanted to create for my girlfriend, and Bonaci took it to the next level. I shared my concept with them and within two weeks they had a few diamond options for me to review. I also wanted to design a band, but they found one that was already made that was exactly what I was envisioning. I will no doubt go back here for her and my wedding band!

Jessica Bushman Fairhaven Gold is the best local jeweller around town. Take your business here and they will knock it out of the park. Far more than 5 stars is deserved here. I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

Susan Bowers I love this store! The ladies have great customer service and support, and the dog is very sweet! They have a wide variety of beads and everything you need to create your jewelry, and have classes to learn how to create your own jewelry! This is a great store!
