Brenna Shie I wish I was better at getting everyone’s names, but love the location. Started coming initially because I had some broken chains so pendants that had no home and they were more than helpful multiple times. Even on sale days I came in while it was busy and they were able to help me look for the type of earrings that suit me best. I love my Mejuri earrings for daily wear. I really wanted a new pendant for the chain I bought there initially (holding up beautifully after a couple years and it’s quite petite. I got a beautiful heart pendant and an initial pendant. He had me try it on and I tried the pendant on the chunkier chain I was wearing and it also fit beautifully (useful that it has a generous bale). He packages it up beautifully, and I stopped in today for a chain extended to give it more room (awesome price for 14k). The staff always are helpful with my questions even when I shop in for a quick one or a longer one and clean my Mejuri items while I’m there (my pendant was so shiny!). Recommend for jewelry needs (been going long enough I feel it necessary to finally review).

James Finally found a genuine jewelry. Super nice guy, real good jewelry and he fixed our stuff and never charge us We will be going to Sachi’s. For now on. !!!

Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.

Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

Chloe Lee-Tjenos Sally is incredibly talented, kind, and thoughtful in her designs. For those who value quality, timeless design, and uniqueness, Fancy is an oasis of inspiration. I cant recommend Sally and her business enough, I have had the honor of working with her on cutsom designs, repairs, resizing, and altering various pieces over the years and I consider her workmanship to be of the highest quality. Sally is the best around!

Leona Kelley These guys are AMAZING and AWESOME at the same darn time!!! I LOVE THEM SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!! They have literally worked miracles for your girl (me & my family) customer Service outstanding time frame on Getting your things back on service repairs, awesome and amazing on custom pieces, out of this world 1 on 1 services, even 2 on 2 services & on & I could go on forever... what more could anyone do? all I know could is I have never had service like this anywhere else because they are the absolute best in the Pacific Northwest and anywhere else in the world. Love, Love and all of the above, OKKKKKKKAY!!!!!! My favorite people in the world work here & theyre AMAZING!

Kelli Temeyosa Excellent business! I had a stone go missing from my ring and they were able to fix it and make it perfect again. They gave me a timeline of about a week but it was done in 3 days. Super fast and it looks beautiful. Very friendly people as well. I definitely recommend them. They are wonderful!

Jesse Logan I don’t need to say much. However, if I didn’t leave a comment of the fairness, respect and trust I have in this shop, I would be doing a disservice to the entire community of investors and collectors. This shop is phenomenal in every way. Give them a shot! Just call and ask what you want or want to sell they will work with you. Or bring it in and they will help! It’s not about a revolving door it’s about relationships and I have a great one with them that I hope will continue to grow!! Much love!
