5 /5 Brenna Shie: I wish I was better at getting everyone’s names, but love the location. Started coming initially because I had some broken chains so pendants that had no home and they were more than helpful multiple times. Even on sale days I came in while it was busy and they were able to help me look for the type of earrings that suit me best. I love my Mejuri earrings for daily wear. I really wanted a new pendant for the chain I bought there initially (holding up beautifully after a couple years and it’s quite petite. I got a beautiful heart pendant and an initial pendant. He had me try it on and I tried the pendant on the chunkier chain I was wearing and it also fit beautifully (useful that it has a generous bale). He packages it up beautifully, and I stopped in today for a chain extended to give it more room (awesome price for 14k). The staff always are helpful with my questions even when I shop in for a quick one or a longer one and clean my Mejuri items while I’m there (my pendant was so shiny!). Recommend for jewelry needs (been going long enough I feel it necessary to finally review).

1 /5 Sunny: This company is completely fraudulent. When sending in warranty claims they’re getting rejected, even though all of the jewelry has been sent back to the company. The jewelry is falling apart and tarnishing even when it stated that it’s real metal. No one from the warranty department is getting back to me and these practices are completely untrustworthy. They have taken back the product without providing a reimbursement or replacement product. Here’s some photos of how the jewelry looked after wearing for a short time. I sent back almost $500 worth and haven’t received anything in return.

5 /5 Luke Gersmehl Hudson: Wonderful experience with piercing at Mejuri thanks to Liv. Great service, professional and knowledgeable about her craft. I was apprehensive about my first piercing but that went away when I saw the way she operates, great work.

2 /5 Crystal Nguyen: My partner came into the store to surprise me with some jewelry for our 1 year Anniversary. He specifically told the worker that it was a surprise. They both checked my account to make sure I hadnt already purchased this piece of jewelry before to surprise me. After checking, the worker forgot to log out of my account it seems and charged the item under my account even though my partner had opened up his own account that day with them. The receipt ended up sending to my email and account, hence ruining the entire surprise for me as well as my partner. Not happy with this service.

5 /5 Megan R.: I really love this location. I’ve been here a handful of times and every visit has been a pleasant experience. The staff (and/or stylists) are always friendly, accommodating and helpful. I usually shop in store with the intent of purchasing something because I like seeing items in person. But even when I just want to window shop I’ve never felt forced or pressured into buying anything which I appreciate. I would recommend this location and definitely will be back in the future.
