Richne Vargas We recently took our 4-month-old daughter to get her ears pierced. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. Anastasia was the one who did the piercings, and she was absolutely fantastic—so patient, gentle, and reassuring. She took the time to make sure we were completely comfortable with the placement and walked us through everything step by step. Thanks to her, it all went smoothly and we left feeling really confident and happy. Now I’m seriously considering going back to get my own ears pierce.

However, with the customized and personal shopping experience that I have received by Diana the Jeweler made my purchase even more delightful. I got baptized and was looking for a cross to symbolize my faith, she worked with me in personalizing and finding exactly what I wanted. born inbham Yeah wow!! Rude AVOID these people off putting dismissing employees that could careless if they get your business.. Shop local! Wanted us to just drop off grandmas ring with them without giving us a clue what it would cost to fix and no offer of stone options.. No thank you we will go to the jewelry store down by the water and Antonys Hearthfire. Unbelievably rude she just wanted her ring fixed and was ready to buy a diamond and you missed it!!!

Jen R I went to Marianos to have a ring resized. Both the women behind the counter, and the jeweler, were extremely helpful. I shopped and asked tons of questions, and tried things on, even though I was technically only there for a resize. They were gracious and very helpful and I will be back to purchase a little bling I looked at while I was there!

Derick Wyatt My grandfather passed away in 2004, and I was given his ring. He purchased it soon after his return from fighting in the jungles of Burma in WWII. He wore this ring every single day of his life. I remember playing with it on his finger as a little boy. It was in great need of repair. Several of the prongs holding the stone were bent or splitting. One had broken completely off. Lizzys did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing this treasured ring. I am truly grateful for their dedication to craftsmanship and quality. It looks stunning! Their customer service is impeccable. Everyone there was extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry repair and upkeep needs!

born inbham Wow this little store has earned The name Diamond key from a little store to an amazing lay out and selection for any budget!! We have had several repairs and purchased multiple necklace and been very happy. One necklace we bought broke within a week and they took care of us no questions no hesitation. Watch batteries and watch selections they have the best in town!! The crew they have working for them, really keeps us coming back!! Kristi is a rock star!!
