1 /5 Harshitha Hp: Very rude customer service. I ordered a bracelet online I know it was last chance and it cannot not be returned. But size came was way too big. I had measured my wrist prior ordering. I asked for exchange. They were very rude dint even guide me to fix the problem. I went to shop lot of stuff but after this incident I dont wanted to do any business. I went to other pandora stores they were very helpful. I ll never return to this store.

4 /5 Caro: On April 1st, I visited this store to purchase a gift for my sister on a time crunch. I went around 2 pm, so it wasnt busy at all. I was greeted at the door and welcomed in by Vinnie. Vinnie was so nice to work with! Just a nice person and we had a good chat about some food places in the area. I enjoyed my visit. Vinnie got me in and out in a good amount of time. Im only taking a star away because of not so great experiences in the past. Including being "bullied" into buying something from the staff. Pretty much being forced to buy something (separate occasion from the good experience in the first paragraph). I typically would drive all the way to Bellevue Pandora if I wanted to browse and potentially purchase, but since I knew what I wanted to purchase and was on a time crunch I decided to just bite the bullet and go to this location. Ive told my boyfriend to not go here though because they potentially will cause you to purchase something that you/I would not like. Not sure if they make commission, but if they do...they make it very obvious in the sales tactic.
