1 /5 Michelle: This guy does not suit to be a businessmen. I had the worst horrible experience in the shop. Rude, unwelcoming, no ettiquette, totally shameless. Yucks!

5 /5 Kyle Saueressig: Give this business a chance and you will be glad that you did!! I entered the shop just days before Christmas hoping to get my wife something special last minute. The jeweler took the time to help guide me around the shop, and was patient with me looking at some beautiful pieces that I could not afford. By the end of the visit I had hand picked two orange gem stones and gold loops that Chapa agreed to have handmade into beautiful earrings just in time for Christmas! And the earrings would perfectly fit into my budget as well. My wife absolutely loved the earrings, and they forever will be a beautiful representation of the fight we are going through together helping my 3 year old son battle Leukemia. (Orange is the color of the Leukemia cancer ribbon) I cant say enough good things about the shop, the owner, his handiwork, or our wonderful earrings. 1 /5 TL Miz: Horrible experience custom designing a ring with Chapa. Took five long frustrating months and now I own a ring that keeps losing diamonds every time I wear it! When I asked if he would stand by his work he charged me again and didn’t even fix it. Now I have to start all over again with a different jeweler. He also never remembered who I was when I called throughout the process. To make matters worse, he kept putting my custom-designed ring in his store window for everyone to see before I picked it up each time he fixed it, or tried to fix it. Clearly, he was out of his league with this custom job but still charged me thousands for a complete torture treatment and an unwearable piece of jewelry. Don’t go there!!

5 /5 Ben Starnes: Chapa is simply amazing! He custom made two sapphire rings for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were absolutely perfect! I also had him do some hand engraving for me. The man is a master at what he does and every detail is perfect. I wouldnt go to any other jeweler. I dont agree that he is rude- in fact, he is very warm and charming.
