1 /5 Lilly C Edwards: Poor customer service, rude staff, they just dont care about you. Dont go there to get your jewelry repair, the prices are absurd. ( incredibly overpriced). It seems that they dont care about bad reviews since the ratings are bad and they dont do anything to improve . Id rather look elsewhere where they value the customer. (Literally lots of options).

1 /5 Tafese Mimi “Google user”: DO NOT GO there. The customer service at the jewelry area is the worst I have ever experienced. Normally I dont like to complain or comment on people, unfortunately this time I am righting to give a heads up for those of you are trying or thinking to shop their. I went to return a pieces of jewelry and I have to stand for over 50min, the lady told me that she didnt know what to do with it. I wonder what she is doing behind the counter if she didnt know how to operate the system. Then she called another woman who actually took over 30 min to come to help me. I gave 1 star, because they deserve no more than that.

1 /5 Taylor Kayings: If I could give them zero Stars I would. Purchased a gold wedding band. Was told they would have the appropriate size sent in to be resized and they wont have to cut it. Upon picking the ring up 3 weeks later and you our complete surprise they went ahead and resized the ring by cutting it instead of compressing it, leaving a terrible gash. We asked them to repair the repair and got nothing but attitude and contempt for customer service. I literally cant believe the gull is those people. Needless to say the second repair was terrible and we only got more sass and attitude. I Quote; "Theres nothing I can do about it now!" We returned the entire purchase to wash our hands of the experience and vow to never buy any kind of jewelry from Fred Meyer Jewelers again.

4 /5 Robert H.: I have bought a few nice things for my wife at this location. Prices are good and jewelery has lasted. Also they have done some watch repair for me and helped me out on two occasions. The lady that fixed my watch was courteous and professional. Also same lady who I bought jewlery from.

1 /5 Jazmine Rose: I wish I could give no stars. I went in to this location to re-size my mother in laws rings after she passed away because the set was passed on to me. I was quoted an amount that was a low and affordable amount for the set. After asking several times that the quote was correct even though it was technically 2 rings, the sales associate assured me this is the set price I will be paying. I signed the agreement and dropped my ring with them. A few hours later I received a call from them saying their manager caught the mistake and stated I needed to pay double the amount quoted to me and written on our agreement. I replied that I could not afford that at the time. They said they can hold on to it for me until I can pay the new amount. I returned to the store and demanded the rings back because I wanted to wear it for my mother in laws funeral. Very disappointing. Will not be returning.
