s b Mars was AMAZING. Right from the beginning, she was friendly, warm, and super helpful. She offered to clean my heirloom wedding ring and my husband’s heirloom gold necklace. We expressed interest in adding more prongs to my wedding ring. Mars explained the process of sending my rings in, replacing a broken diamond, and getting my set appraised. Our experience with Mars today solidified our decision to move forward with Kay Jewelers for our future jeweler needs.

Mike Money Fred fixed my wifes wedding ring! I took in the ring to get it evaluated for estimate. Freds pricing was very reasonable! He is very knowledgeable and explained exactly how to fix the ring. Luckily for my wife and I we didnt lose the diamond that was hanging by a thread! Fred took the ring that day and had it sparkling new just a few days later. Him and his wife Daina are the nicest most loveliest couple! It was such a pleasure to meet and have the work I needed done with Fred Bennett Creations. Ill be sure to visit them again in the future.

Tijanae Castro I walked into Zales with a broken ring less than 24 hours before my wedding. I was stressed and afraid I wouldn’t be able to be accommodated. Caroline was the one who helped us out and she was absolutely amazing!! She was sweet, understanding, and did everything in her power to make things right for us. Derick Wyatt My grandfather passed away in 2004, and I was given his ring. He purchased it soon after his return from fighting in the jungles of Burma in WWII. He wore this ring every single day of his life. I remember playing with it on his finger as a little boy. It was in great need of repair. Several of the prongs holding the stone were bent or splitting. One had broken completely off. Lizzys did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing this treasured ring. I am truly grateful for their dedication to craftsmanship and quality. It looks stunning! Their customer service is impeccable. Everyone there was extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry repair and upkeep needs!

Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.
