He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was explained clearly and that I found the perfect watch. The manager and the rest of the s taff were equally impressive, offering warm hospitality and expert guidance throughout the entire process. Their passion and dedication to providing world-class service truly set this boutique apart. This was by far the best luxury retail experience I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! River Collins I’ve wanted to get my grandpa’s watch repaired for many years now but wasn’t sure who to take it to. I went into Charlie’s about a week before Christmas. I could tell he was busy but he still took the time to talk to me about the watch and what could be done. I was told to leave the watch with him and come back in about 30 minutes. When I came back, the watch had been perfectly repaired and did all of it for no charge; as a Christmas present. I left in tears because of this truly kind and beautiful gesture. I am so appreciative of his kindness and wear my grandpa’s watch with pride daily. I highly recommend his business to everyone. Thank you again for being so generous, it is something I will never forget.

Barbara G I always have a great time here. Today, Sasha helped me pick out charms and was so helpful with ideas! I love my charm bracelets and I style my bracelets to look a certain way and needed a couple of safety chains. Sasha was very helpful in getting my bracelets and charms back on, which cam be a chore. My husband periodically gets charms for me and he has had great experiences here, too. A lot of times, I order charms online, but coming to this store is so much better! Keep up the great work!!

L C Very helpful customer service from Jasmin recently. I picked out a really cute necklace at a good price. They do ear piercings here, and the layout definitely reminded me of a Claires store. I would definitely return to this location for small, inexpensive, jewelry items and fashion accessories.
