1 /5 steven yates: They never seem to open on time and the service is weak and dry it is 10:07 today and they were supposed to open at 10:00 it is 10:20 now Im only going to wait until 10:30 I think its pretty ridiculous

I was not buying anything I was bringing my ring in for repair and to be resized and Peter treated me just as good as any customer that was there to spend thousands of dollars. I will be back here for all my future cleanings and checkup for my rings, and when I’m ready to purchase more pieces I’ll be going straight to Peter.

Tina listened to my situation with such kindness and understanding. She immediately took action and helped ensure my ring was repaired and returned just in time—one week before the big day! The repair work was absolutely beautiful, and I was able to wear my ring with joy and confidence on such a meaningful occasion.
