Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

Dodo_doggy So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

Rebecca Lai I got two lobes and an eyebrow piercing! Oh my god, it was such an easy-going, fun, and such a wonderful experience! Abra was sooo nice and Lucas, who helped us up front, was so knowledgeable and friendly. As someone whose only piercing experience was the classic Claires nail guns at the age of 14, I cannot gush enough how much I loved getting my first piercings here. Definitely gonna be visiting over and over again. :)

Taylor S I absolutely love this store. I was visiting Seattle and made sure to swing by. Thanks to traffic I made it to the shop with 5 min to spare before closing. Miranda stayed open for me. Let me take my time shopping and recommended a lot of pieces and just made my visit so amazing. I have been buying from And Arlen online for 4 years now. Almost all of my jewelry is from this shop (my absolute favorite being the fidget rings and ear cuffs!!!). Kathleen N Very happy with the service from Chris - the manager who helped pick out our purchases, Jennifer, as well as Tony who did a fantastic job resizing. They even did the rhodium plating for a ring we got somewhere else without us having to ask so the whole set looks super shiny together. Got them all done within an afternoon. Love the selections they have, more unique and creative than other places I have looked at. Highly recommend!

Nora Khalil I was at the Valley Mall and I stopped in the new Pandora Jewelry Store. The associate was so sweet and friendly. I asked her if she could clean my Pandora charms on my bracelet. My sister passed away recently and most of the charms were hers and the others she gave to me as a gift. They are sentimental to me. A memory of my sister. The associate was happy to clean them for me. I looked around. And she showed me some charms. She helped me take some pics of ones I was interested in. I didn’t buy anything that day, but I got excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. I wish I got her name.
