Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring! Can you tell she loves dogs? Lol! Oh yeah, and she said "YES"!

Athena Obregon First time checking out this spot on a whim while checking out the area, and it was worth it. The jewelry and artwork was beautiful and there were so many other unique items to look at from perfume to candles. My sister and I got ourselves sterling rings that are gorgeous. Highly recommend stopping by to see what they have.

Nicole Ure Connie is the jewelry queen! She did my engagement ring and is working on both our wedding bands. She works really hard to get a vision of exactly what you want. She has an artists eye and is realistic about what certain metals can and can’t do. We are looking forward to getting more art done by her in the future.

I initially bought a ring that my wife didn’t really like, but when I came back, they exchanged it for a gold chain she loved—with no hassle. I look forward to the day I can come here and design jewelry for myself :) My sister and I came in with a clear vision for what we wanted as a gift for our mom, Claire was very informative and thorough, helping us decide what gemstones/cuts/chains anchored?/and chain style. The price quoted was accurate, and the cost breakdown was laid out for us at the beginning. We put down a $250 deposit June 21, 4 days later we got the CAD rendering, approved the first iteration, paid 50% of the remaining balance cost, and August 22 we picked it up and paid the final 50%. $1250 in total for a silver bar necklace with synthetic emerald/peridot/sapphire, my sister and I are very happy with how our vision was executed and cant wait to share this with our mom
