After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. The girls act like they work at a high end jewelry store and so snobby, like pandora is only 1 step above the fantasy jewelry you get at Clair’s… when the manager pretty much forced this girl who was not doing anything to help me she actually scuffed and rolled her eyes as she looked at me. I bought a whole set up as a gift.mind you these toy charms cost on average 50 bucks. They girl ended up acting a bit nicer when she realized I didn’t have a budget. I honestly want to ask for the stupid bracelet back to return it. Shop elsewhere where they treat people with dignity.
