Dommy Dee Lemmie start with this was an overall, great experience. Ive sold things at other stores, and none come close to my experience here. Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable and gave me a fair price for my items. Will Definitely come back here next time, and would recommend them to anyone looking.

Angie Kadirova Had such a great experience. The owner was very kind to my boyfriend and I. He gave us sweet advice since I’m and his wife have been married for so many years. I got two bracelets, my boyfriend got a ring. All of it was very nice:) very good experience here. I read some previous reviews and I would point out this owner is elderly and seems to have very traditional values maybe that explains his “rudeness” as mentioned in the other reviews. We both had an amazing time. Like amaaaazinggggg. They were very good.

From the moment we walked in, the staff (Antoine and Ping) made us feel welcomed and supported. I really appreciated how knowledgeable the consultants were—they helped me understand diamond quality and guided me through the process with patience and genuine care. They have a wide selection on offer from classic, vintage and modern styles. Anything they have is really beautiful. One of the best parts was being able to customize the ring to match exactly what my fiancé envisioned. The final ring was stunning—flawlessly crafted and beautifully presented. John Howald They are not rude but very polite. I waited for service while there looked over pieces. My husband was grocery shopping. I wanted to buy a gold chain for my gold medallion. The chain was so badly tangled I could not untangle without breaking chain. When I pulled out my small gold medal he looked at the chain and told he could untangle it. I gave it to him and returned the following day. No fee for service rendered. I plan on returning and buying some nice new earrings for myself there.

Austin Holzer I delt with Levi who is usually at a different location but I was fortunate enough to work with him at the Francis location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra distance. He not only made us feel welcomed but didnt rush us or use any kind of sales tactics so we knew we wanted to work with him again when we returned to pull the trigger on the most amazing ring weve seen at the 5+ stores we visited today! Im a heavy question customer and Levi answered all of them with a smile and would even have his manager assure us on the more advanced questions. The manager was really friendly and easy to work with as well and even polished/buffed the ring again before we took it just to make my girl happy which was a nice little cherry on top. Overall a 10/10 that I would do again! Thanks again guys!

Jessica Bushman Fairhaven Gold is the best local jeweller around town. Take your business here and they will knock it out of the park. Far more than 5 stars is deserved here. I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
