They have an awesome plant selection, and its chock-full! My favorite! Highly recommend grabbing a friend, your mom, or sister and plan for fun shopping experience! Jullia Kim I went to over 20+ stores for my ring that I wanted. I saw it on display at another jeweler but wasnt with the right person to buy it at the time. I took a picture of it, and kept it until the time was right. Amit took a look at the picture, and after SO many other jewelers rejected me, said it would be no problem. Within a month (I would have waited longer because of how good of a job he did) he had the mounting made, had the stone choices for me to pick, and the shape was perfect. If youre looking for someone to help you with a custom ring, go no where else! AK Jewelers is going to be our jeweler going forward. :) Thank you so much for my beautiful ring!

Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! She took the time to explain the policies related to my jewelry in a way that was easy to understand, offered several thoughtful options to address my concerns, and went the extra mile by cleaning all of my jewelry and even fixing my earrings. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome.
