I would rate 5 stars if it wasnt for the other employee staring at me and my partner nearly the whole time. It made us really uncomfortable and unwelcomed, we left shortly after.

Gilbert McKown First off, Kevin is the best! I come in wanting to buy some gold and silver as an investment for the future. I wasnt sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that werent good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didnt have all the information. After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didnt add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call. This was an incredibly pleasant interaction and so much better than any experience I had with other main brand coin shops. I 100% recommend shopping here for anyone wanting to buy gold or silver. Good chime I absolutely love this jewelry stand! The pieces are so beautiful and unique, I actually bought a ring here before and completely fell in love with it. Recently, I came back and had the best experience with Alyssa. She went above and beyond to help me, making me feel so confident and excited about my purchase. Kat Sykes I am very pleased with my experience with Wagner Jewelers. I took two rings in to have appraised for insurance purposes. Both rings actually needed tightening and repair so I was glad that I had come in. They gave me an estimate on repairs and appraisal and a delivery date. My rings look amazing and I can feel the difference in the tightness of the gemstones. They were done early, which really was pleasing! Overall, very professional and I would definitely come back again.

Started coming initially because I had some broken chains so pendants that had no home and they were more than helpful multiple times. Even on sale days I came in while it was busy and they were able to help me look for the type of earrings that suit me best. I love my Mejuri earrings for daily wear. I really wanted a new pendant for the chain I bought there initially (holding up beautifully after a couple years and it’s quite petite. I got a beautiful heart pendant and an initial pendant. He had me try it on and I tried the pendant on the chunkier chain I was wearing and it also fit beautifully (useful that it has a generous bale). He packages it up beautifully, and I stopped in today for a chain extended to give it more room (awesome price for 14k). The staff always are helpful with my questions even when I shop in for a quick one or a longer one and clean my Mejuri items while I’m there (my pendant was so shiny!). Recommend for jewelry needs (been going long enough I feel it necessary to finally review).

Norman Brettell After getting my watch back this afternoon, I had to do a review. I’m going to go ahead and call the master jeweler, master watch guy. I don’t know, but he did some incredible stuff to my southwestern Sterling silver watchband that I don’t think anybody Can work on pieces like this ended up, beefing up the watch band itself with heavier duty parts. So yeah if you have something like that, he will certainly look at it and chances are get it fixed for you. I’m not sure if I could do a picture if I can I’ll send a picture. Thanks, Ron,
