And today was no different, I work in Bellevue and I don’t always have the time to browse and shop simultaneously on my visits, so the BOPIS option is excellent, I placed my order in the morning and by early afternoon I came in to collect the charms I selected, above and beyond service! My order wasn’t ready but the lovely lady who assisted me picked them and wrapped them beautifully. She asked me how long I had been collection and I said since 2013, and she was pleasantly impressed! Which made me feel valued in and as a returning customer. Pandora for me is like a candy shop, haha! It’s always sweet to pick up something shiny that brightens my day! Thank you team Bellevue! ❤️

Nora Khalil I was at the Valley Mall and I stopped in the new Pandora Jewelry Store. The associate was so sweet and friendly. I asked her if she could clean my Pandora charms on my bracelet. My sister passed away recently and most of the charms were hers and the others she gave to me as a gift. They are sentimental to me. A memory of my sister. The associate was happy to clean them for me. I looked around. And she showed me some charms. She helped me take some pics of ones I was interested in. I didn’t buy anything that day, but I got excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. I wish I got her name.
