5 /5 JOSHUA PELLOW: I have always had a pleasant experience with everyone at Pandora Bellevue. And today was no different, I work in Bellevue and I don’t always have the time to browse and shop simultaneously on my visits, so the BOPIS option is excellent, I placed my order in the morning and by early afternoon I came in to collect the charms I selected, above and beyond service! My order wasn’t ready but the lovely lady who assisted me picked them and wrapped them beautifully. She asked me how long I had been collection and I said since 2013, and she was pleasantly impressed! Which made me feel valued in and as a returning customer. Pandora for me is like a candy shop, haha! It’s always sweet to pick up something shiny that brightens my day! Thank you team Bellevue! ❤️

1 /5 ArtLink: Pandora isn’t the issue this location is if you have to travel to a location don’t go to this one from the moment I stepped into the store I got dirty looks I was in for a ring size exchange with warranty I have had my ring for a little less then a month now I was told in Lynwood that it was fine to exchange but they didn’t have the size so I made the commute to this location they didn’t want to honor the policy was very rood and dismissed me and I had to call and confirm the policy again it took me 2times for them to honor the policy and as my partner and I were leaving they started bad talking us both and as we shopped around and walked by they gave us nasty looks avid at all costs

4 /5 Xia Lei: I wanted to buy a ring for my boyfriend. We went into the store and waited for more than half an hour but no salesperson greeted us. It would be better if there were more people working. Then we left with regret and went to another jewelry store then, found what we wanted.

Our saleswoman recommended the best pieces for us (got our vibe immediately!) and I replaced my sun ring (finally!) she even upsold me on this insane ring from Once Upon a Time— (Disney collection!) Tell Ashley we found a place for dinner and my wife to be loves it!
