I went into Geralds with a vision of how I wanted to wear this special piece. Already owning and wearing my wedding band on this lotus pendant enhancer, I wanted to wear it in between to show through. It took only a week for Debbie to find a piece that would fit not only my diamond but the way I wanted it to. Less than a week for it to come in and even less than 24 hours to mount and clean such a precious piece. I would choose Geralds any day to care for any of my jewelry.

Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched. Joshua Carcamo 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product.
